Where is my data stored?

Free users — on our shared server.

Paid customers — on your organization's own private server, which your organization administers.

Either way, your messages are stored encrypted, and the keys stay on your devices. We have no access to your messages, calls or files, and we don't sell your data, mine it for advertising or share it with third parties. Our business is your subscription, not your data.
