How do I create a Room?

A Room is a larger space with roles. When you create one, you're its Admin.

1. Open GSN and tap the square button at the bottom right of Messages.
2. Tap Create Room.
3. Enter a Room Name.
4. Under Visibility, choose who can join. The default is Anyone can join (this server only).
5. Tap Create Room. Your Room opens.

On an iPad or tablet, the square button is at the bottom of the Messages list on the left.

Visibility options

• Anyone can join (this server only) — anyone on your server can find it in Browse Rooms and join. On our free server, that means everyone on it.
• Invite only (this server only) — hidden; you invite people on your server.
• Invite only (including whitelisted servers) — hidden; you can also invite people on other servers once your Server Admin has approved them. See Can I talk to people on other servers?
