How do I reset my password if I forgot it?

Reset your sign-in password from the sign-in screen. This is different from your backup password.

1. Open GSN. If your account is on your organization's server, tap Have a setup code? and enter your code first.
2. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
3. In Reset your password, enter your Email and tap Send reset link.
4. Open the email from GSN and tap the link.
5. Back in GSN, tap I've clicked the link.
6. In Create your new password, enter a new password twice, with at least 8 characters including letters and numbers.
7. Tap Reset password & log in.
